Al Grabowski

Born on September 4, 1901 in Syracuse, New York, Al Grabowski (Alfons Francis Grabowski) played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 2 year career. Grabowski broke into the bigs on September 11, 1929 with the St. Louis Cardinals, and put up a 2.52 ERA in 50 innings pitched in 1929, his rookie year.
