Born on January 20, 1893 in Muscantine, Iowa, Al Gould (Albert Frank Gould) played for the Cleveland Indians for his entire 2 year career. Gould broke into the bigs on July 11, 1916 with the Cleveland Indians, and put up a 2.53 ERA in 106.2 innings pitched in 1916, his rookie year.
