Born on May 17, 1906 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Al Eckert (Albert George Eckert) played for the Cincinnati Reds and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 3 year career. Eckert broke into the bigs on April 21, 1930 with the Cincinnati Reds.
