Al Dennis (Albert Rudolph Dennis, III) was born on June 24, 1951 in Independence, Louisiana. After going to high school at Greenville Park (Hammond, LA), Dennis attended Grambling State University. Dennis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the Cleveland Browns and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 3 year career.
