Trailblazer in the 1960's and 70's. Became increasingly paranoid, litigious and controlling into the 1980s to the detriment of the team. This has continued unabashed into the 2000s. Five coaches over the decade. To the latest incident of using the organization to undermine the current Coach Lane Kiffin and thus, damage the team. His paranoia and desire to keep his fiefdom intact unchallenged has lead to bad decisions and bad management especially over the last 15 years. He's an embarrassment to the league at this stage. The organization and coach can't win with the owner/GM overruling every detail. You'd of thought he'd have taken notice how they do business in New England to great success and stability.
