Al Chandler (Albert Morris Chandler) was born on November 18, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Douglass (Oklahoma City, OK), Chandler attended the University of Oklahoma. Chandler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals, New England Patriots and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1978 was Al Chandler's best year, as he caught 4 TD passes.
