Ahman Green Remains a Packer

The Green Bay Packers re-signed Ahman Green to a one-year contract. The contract will likely be laden with incentives, conditioned on the injured running back from recovering from a torn thigh tendon. Green will battle with Samkon Gado for playing time.

BS!! Samkon is not a great name: true! But Green isn't a nobody! He ranked 9th in DPAR 2002 and 3rd in DPAR 2003. He declined in 2004 (ranked 27th) and was hurt most of 2005. There has been a decline but I still believe he is a good enough RB to survive in the NFL. (Stats from footballoutsiders.com)
