College

Played four seasons with the University of Calgary Dinosaurs...made 141 tackles and 14 quarterback sacks during his Dinosaur career...also recovered three fumbles including one for a touchdown.

Pro

2003

Selected by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the fourth round (30th overall) of the 2003 CFL Canadian College Draft...attended the Tiger-Cats training camp before returning to Calgary for his fourth season of CIS eligibility...made one special teams tackle during the pre-season.

2004

The Calgary native had quite a productive rookie season playing in 17 games during the regular season including the last five as the Tiger-Cats starting middle linebacker...prior to moving into his starting role he was a force on special teams leading the Tiger-Cats with 18 tackles...finished the regular season with 24 defensive tackles including one for a loss...made a season high four special teams tackles in the Tiger-Cats 38-36 season opening victory in B.C. on June 18.

2005

Finished his 2005 season with a team-high 96 defensive tackles, two special teams tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, three recovered fumbles, three quarterback sacks and two interceptions...recorded the third-highest total of single season defensive tackles in Ticats history (96).

2006

Played 15 games, recording 39 defensive tackles, seven special teams tackles and one quarterback sack

2007

Traded to Edmonton by Hamilton along with a fourth round pick in the 2008 CFL Canadian Draft for NIP DB Jason Nedd on Sept. 11, 2007.
