[edit] BiographyAcquired: Selected by the Tiger-Cats in the fourth round (30th overall) of the 2003 CFL Canadian College Draft. 2006: Played 15 games, recording 39 defensive tackles, seven special teams tackles and one quarterback sack 2005: Finished his 2005 season with a team-high 96 defensive tackles, two special teams tackles, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, three recovered fumbles, three quarterback sacks and two interceptions. 2004: The Calgary native had quite a productive rookie season playing in 17 games during the regular season including the last five as the Tiger-Cats starting middle linebacker...prior to moving into his starting role he was a force on special teams leading the Tiger-Cats with 18 tackles...finished the regular season with 24 defensive tackles including one for a loss. 2003: Selected by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the fourth round (30th overall) of the 2003 CFL Canadian College Draft...attended the Tiger-Cats training camp before returning to Calgary for his fourth season of CIS eligibility...made one special teams tackle during the pre-season. College: Played four seasons (2000-2003) with the University of Calgary Dinosaurs...made 141 tackles and 14 quarterback sacks during his Dinosaur career...also recovered three fumbles including one for a touchdown. Personal: Returned to football after a three year absence in which he left for rugby...was a member of the Canadian Junior National Rugby Team in 1996 and was long-listed by the Canadian National Rugby team in 1997...in 1997 and 1998 he was a member of the Alberta Provincial Rugby Team and also played competitive senior men's soccer...his younger brother Bryon, who is also a linebacker is heading into his third season with the Dinosaurs...Agustin's father Peter was member of the Argentina National Rugby team.
