Adrian Baril (Adrian George Baril) was born on June 4, 1898 in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota. Baril attended the University of St. Thomas. Baril made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Minneapolis Marines. He played for the Minneapolis Marines and Milwaukee Badgers over the course of his 3 year career.
