Born on August 30, 1981 in Brunswick, Georgia, Adam Wainwright (Adam Parrish Wainwright) played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 2 year career. Wainwright broke into the bigs on September 11, 2005 with the St. Louis Cardinals, and put up a 3.12 ERA in 75 innings pitched in 2006, his rookie year.
