Ace Stewart (Asa Stewart) was born on February 14, 1869 in Terre Haute, Indiana. He made his Major League debut on April 18, 1895 for the Chicago Colts. In 1895, his rookie year, he hit .241 with 8 home runs and 76 RBI. Stewart played for the Chicago Colts for his entire 1 year career.
