Aaron Robinson

Aaron Robinson (Aaron Andrew Robinson) was born on June 23, 1915 in Lancaster, South Carolina. He made his Major League debut on May 6, 1943 for the New York Yankees. In 1945, his rookie year, he hit .281 with 8 home runs and 24 RBI. Robinson played for the New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that Aaron Robinson's best season was 1946, when he slugged 16 home runs, hit for a .297 average and knocked in 64 runs.
