ACGM and MLB: What Stadiums Have You Been To?

A recent thread piqued my interest as to how many MLB parks the users of ArmchairGM have visited. Then common sense told me that, among all of us, we've probably been to all of the current ones and more.

However, I'm still curious. So here's a little experiment: This is a list of the current MLB parks, by league, and a historical list for parks no longer in existance (or in use). Edit in your user name by the parks you've been to and add any others parks you've patroned to the historical list. Let's see how many of us have been to what parks and who has been to the most.

Please follow these two simple rules:
1. You must have visted the park for an MLB game (concerts, football games, etc. don't count)
2. Major League parks only, no minor league stadiums
