A.J. Jones (Anthony Levine Jones) was born on May 30, 1959 in Youngstown, Ohio. After going to high school at North (Youngstown, OH), Jones attended the University of Texas. Jones made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1984 was A.J. Jones's best year.
