1. Okay, now to start off, the Phillies need to go after a good pitcher. There's not many out there in free agency so they may need to buy a guy's contract and you can not trade any starters. Make sure they're young to complement are already young upcomming aces in Cole Hamels, Kyle Kendrick, and Kyle Lohse the current big three. Now to get the pitcher your most likely going to have to spend some money witch you can trust me were not going to go bankrupt.
2. You must re-sign Aaron Rowand he's a big part of the defence and he just won a gold glove. He is one of few outfielders who arent afraid of the wall and can hit very well. His stats last year were GM:161 HR:27 RBI:89 R:109 OBP:105.374 AVG:309. Last i heard it was something like 4 years 10 million dollar contract and I am all for that contract im for 4 years 12 million dollars if he asked for it. He was a big part in the lineup and the hitting lineup we have now can not lose any plaers.
3. We can not lose ANY players from the starting lineup. The phillies hitting we have right now is most likely better then any lineup the phillies have ever had. Sorry Wiz Kids and Mike Schmidt and CO. Spend all the money you want give Ryan Howard that big, fat contract he diserves and J-Roll gets a bonus.
4. Leave J-Roll at the leadoff position. He could win another MVP if he stays at leadoff. J-Roll is the passioate person that can get a team fired up with one of his leadoff single hand claps that look like he will break his hand he is clapping so hard. Thats the spot were he can really take the team and himself places.
5. Move Tadahito Iguchi over to third base and see how he does. Maybe we can have a permanet player for third instead of switching between multiple guys. And he is very good with the bat and that would beef up the line even more. When Chase got hurt he stepped right in and it almost felt like whe never lost Chase.
Do that and were on the way to the world series and I cant wait to go to the pep rally again and lose my voice for the next day. Oh and on the new jerseys your making have something almost part retro part modern.
