5 Second Recap of the Bengals Week 2

Our secondary is in for some trouble if we plan on letting Derek Anderson throw 5 TDs!!!!  I love how Uncle Dexter Jackson tried to arm tackle Jamal Lewis on that last 40+ yard run he had too... great effort.

On a positive note:  When week 9 comes around, and Chris Henry is back, it is going to be trouble for any opposing defense in the NFL.

Correct me if Im wrong but didnt these two teams have a similar shoot out 2 or 3 years ago? Maybe the Bengals just dont matchup well against the Browns offense.

Yes we did..I would write it off as that but we gave San Diego 49 at home last year and 45 to Indy & 37 to Buffalo in 2005. So, maybe we are not matching up well against a lot of people.

well San Diego and Indy are some formidable offenses that You should expect to score a lot of points, but 49 for the Chargers is a bit much. THe Bengals defense is not great by any stretch but the offense is good enough to win quite a few shoot outs.

This game just exposed the exact problem that is wrong with the Bengals. That defense has been horrible for years, and it will only get worse as the season goes on.
