Arizona Diamondbacks - Was there a bigger baseball underdog this year?
-
Boise State University - With liberty for all.
-
Philadelphia Phillies - Pretty good stretch run.
-
Cleveland Cavaliers - Not bad for a one man team.
-
Colorado Rockies - Overcame all odds to have a good month.
[edit] Romi
-
Team Iraq: Them winning the Asian Cup (soccer) was definitely unexpected.
-
Colorado Rockies: Who (besides that one guy last year in AGM) would've ever thought that the Colorado Rockies would've made the playoffs!? Never mind the World Series.
-
Boise State University: They were definitely a great story to follow in '07 in College Football... 'nuf said.
-
Arizona Diamondbacks: It was believed by many people that the Diamondbacks would not make the playoffs since the Dodgers and Padres were "better" teams. The 'Bax also made the playoffs with more runs allowed than runs scored. That just goes to show you...
-
Cleveland Cavaliers: LBJ...LBJ...LBJ!
[edit] Chachi
-
Colorado Rockies - Came out of nowhere
-
Boise State University - Probably the best game of 2007
-
Appalachian State - Goes to the Big House and knocks off a D-I, top 5 Michigan team
-
Arizona Diamondbacks - Same as Rockies
-
Cleveland Cavaliers - Everyone thought LeBron could get them to the playoffs, but the Finals were an unexpected surprise
