Josh McCown is worth a look as a low-end No. 2 QB since it's expected that the Raiders will be behind a lot and will have to throw. McCown is draftable with a late pick while JaMarcus Russell is more of an option late in keeper leagues and a first-round choice in rookie-only drafts.
