David Garrard got plenty of playing time, starting a good number of games after Byron Leftwich went down with an ankle injury. And while Garrard didn't post eye popping numbers, he won games, which is all that matters. Garrard completed 60 percent of his passes while scoring 10 touchdowns and throwing nine interceptions. And he didn't score a rushing touchdown, but ran for 250 yards. Garrard is an intriguing player. He isn't a pocket passer like Jaguars starter Byron Leftwich, but does a great job of making plays with his legs. And his accuracy is improving, which will help him as a passer. Leftwich was named the starter in the offseason, but Garrard could get his chances before it is all said and done.
Has potential in a starting role, but isn't a starter yet. There is a good chance Garrard will get some starts before the season is over, but he isn't worth drafting unless you are in a deep league. He is too iffy.
