The 2003 Minnesota Twins finished with a record of 90-72. They scored 801 runs and belted 155 home runs to go along with a .277 batting average. The offense was powered by Torii Hunter, who led the team with 26 home runs and 102 RBI. Jacque Jones led the team with 157 hits for a .304 average.

The team allowed 758 runs and had a team ERA of 4.41. Kyle Lohse and Brad Radke were tied for the team lead in wins with 14. Johan Santana racked up 169 strkeouts to lead the team. Eddie Guardado led the team with 41 saves.
