The 2003 Milwaukee Brewers finished with a record of 68-94. They scored 714 runs and belted 196 home runs to go along with a .256 batting average. The offense was powered by Richie Sexson, who led the team with 45 home runs and 124 RBI. Scott Podsednik led the team with 175 hits for a .314 average. Scott Podsednik had a great year on the basepaths with 43 stolen bases.

The team allowed 873 runs and had a team ERA of 5.03. Ben Sheets led the pitching staff with 11 wins and 157 strikeouts. Danny Kolb led the team with 21 saves.
