The 2000 Seattle Mariners finished with a record of 91-71. They scored 907 runs and belted 198 home runs to go along with a .269 batting average. Alex Rodriguez provided the power for the team with 41 homers. The offense was powered by Edgar Martinez, who led the team with 145 RBI and 180 hits. Rickey Henderson had a great year on the basepaths with 31 stolen bases.

The team allowed 780 runs and had a team ERA of 4.53. Aaron Sele led the pitching staff with 17 wins and 137 strikeouts. Kazuhiro Sasaki led the team with 37 saves.
