The 1995 Houston Astros finished with a record of 76-68. They scored 747 runs and belted 109 home runs to go along with a .275 batting average. The offense was powered by Craig Biggio, who led the team with 22 home runs and 167 hits. Jeff Bagwell was the best run producer with 87 RBI. Craig Biggio had a great year on the basepaths with 33 stolen bases.

The team allowed 674 runs and had a team ERA of 4.06. Doug Drabek, Shane Reynolds, and Greg Swindell were tied for the team lead in wins with 10. Shane Reynolds racked up 175 strkeouts to lead the team. Todd Jones was the team's best fireman, with 15 saves.
