The 1994 New York Mets finished with a record of 55-58. They scored 506 runs and belted 117 home runs to go along with a .250 batting average. Bobby Bonilla provided the power for the team with 20 homers. The offense was powered by Jeff Kent, who led the team with 68 RBI and 121 hits.

The team allowed 526 runs and had a team ERA of 4.15. Bret Saberhagen led the pitching staff with 14 wins and 143 strikeouts. John Franco was the team's best fireman, with 30 saves.
