The 1992 Minnesota Twins finished with a record of 90-72. They scored 747 runs and belted 104 home runs to go along with a .277 batting average. The offense was powered by Kirby Puckett, who led the team with 19 home runs, 110 RBI, and 210 hits. Chuck Knoblauch had a great year on the basepaths with 34 stolen bases.

The team allowed 653 runs and had a team ERA of 3.72. John Smiley and Kevin Tapani were tied for the team lead in wins with 16. John Smiley racked up 163 strkeouts to lead the team. Rick Aguilera was the team's best fireman, with 41 saves.
