The 1991 Milwaukee Brewers finished with a record of 83-79. They scored 799 runs and belted 116 home runs to go along with a .271 batting average. The offense was powered by Greg Vaughn, who led the team with 27 home runs and 98 RBI. Paul Molitor led the team with 216 hits for a .325 average.

The team allowed 744 runs and had a team ERA of 4.18. Jaime Navarro and Bill Wegman were tied for the team lead in wins with 15. Chris Bosio racked up 117 strkeouts to lead the team. Doug Henry was the team's best fireman, with 15 saves.
