The 1991 Baltimore Orioles finished with a record of 67-95. They scored 686 runs and belted 170 home runs to go along with a .254 batting average. The offense was powered by Cal Ripken, who led the team with 34 home runs, 114 RBI, and 210 hits.

The team allowed 796 runs and had a team ERA of 4.59. Bob Milacki led the pitching staff with 10 wins and 108 strikeouts. Gregg Olson led the team with 31 saves.
