The 1990 St. Louis Cardinals finished with a record of 70-92. They scored 599 runs and belted 73 home runs to go along with a .256 batting average. Todd Zeile provided the power for the team with 15 homers. Pedro Guerrero knocked in 80 runs. Willie McGee led the team with 168 hits for a .335 average. Vince Coleman had a great year on the basepaths with 77 stolen bases.

The team allowed 698 runs and had a team ERA of 3.88. John Tudor led the team with 12 wins. Jose DeLeon led the team with 164 strikeouts. Lee Smith led the team with 27 saves.
