The 1989 Minnesota Twins finished with a record of 80-82. They scored 740 runs and belted 117 home runs to go along with a .276 batting average. Kent Hrbek led the team in home runs with 25. The offense was powered by Kirby Puckett, who led the team with 85 RBI and 215 hits.
