The 1985 Cleveland Indians finished with a record of 60-102. They scored 729 runs and belted 116 home runs to go along with a .265 batting average. Andre Thornton provided the power for the team with 22 homers. Julio Franco was the best run producer with 90 RBI. Brett Butler led the team with 184 hits for a .311 average. Brett Butler had a great year on the basepaths with 47 stolen bases.

The team allowed 861 runs and had a team ERA of 4.92. Bert Blyleven and Neal Heaton were tied for the team lead in wins with 9. Bert Blyleven racked up 129 strkeouts to lead the team.
