The 1984 Seattle Mariners finished with a record of 74-88. They scored 682 runs and belted 129 home runs to go along with a .258 batting average. The offense was powered by Alvin Davis, who led the team with 27 home runs and 116 RBI. Jack Perconte led the team with 180 hits for a .294 average.

The team allowed 774 runs and had a team ERA of 4.33. Mark Langston led the pitching staff with 17 wins and 204 strikeouts.
