The 1981 Los Angeles Dodgers finished with a record of 63-47. They scored 450 runs and belted 82 home runs to go along with a .262 batting average. Ron Cey led the team in home runs with 13. Steve Garvey was the best run producer with 64 RBI. Dusty Baker led the team with 128 hits for a .320 average.

The team allowed 356 runs and had a team ERA of 3.01. Fernando Valenzuela led the pitching staff with 13 wins and 180 strikeouts.
