The 1980 Toronto Blue Jays finished with a record of 67-95. They scored 624 runs and belted 126 home runs to go along with a .251 batting average. The offense was powered by John Mayberry, who led the team with 30 home runs and 82 RBI. Alfredo Griffin led the team with 166 hits for a .254 average.

The team allowed 762 runs and had a team ERA of 4.20. Jim Clancy led the pitching staff with 13 wins and 152 strikeouts.
