The 1975 Kansas City Royals finished with a record of 91-71. They scored 710 runs and belted 118 home runs to go along with a .261 batting average. The offense was powered by John Mayberry, who led the team with 34 home runs and 106 RBI. George Brett led the team with 195 hits for a .308 average. Amos Otis had a great year on the basepaths with 39 stolen bases.

The team allowed 649 runs and had a team ERA of 3.49. Steve Busby led the pitching staff with 18 wins and 160 strikeouts. Doug Bird led the team with 11 saves.
