The 1975 Cleveland Indians finished with a record of 79-80. They scored 688 runs and belted 153 home runs to go along with a .261 batting average. Boog Powell led the team in home runs with 27. George Hendrick and Boog Powell were tied for the team lead in RBI with 86. Buddy Bell led the team with 150 hits for a .271 average.

The team allowed 703 runs and had a team ERA of 3.84. Leading the team in wins was Fritz Peterson, with 14. Dennis Eckersley racked up 152 strkeouts to lead the team. Dave LaRoche was the team's best fireman, with 17 saves.
