The 1965 Los Angeles Dodgers finished with a record of 97-65. They scored 608 runs and belted 78 home runs to go along with a .245 batting average. Lou Johnson and Jim Lefebvre were tied for the team lead in home runs with 12. Ron Fairly was the best run producer with 70 RBI. Maury Wills led the team with 186 hits for a .286 average. Maury Wills had a great year on the basepaths with 94 stolen bases.

The team allowed 521 runs and had a team ERA of 2.81. Sandy Koufax led the pitching staff with 26 wins and 382 strikeouts. Ron Perranoski led the team with 17 saves.
