The 1963 New York Yankees finished with a record of 104-57. They scored 714 runs and belted 188 home runs to go along with a .252 batting average. Elston Howard led the team in home runs with 28. Joe Pepitone was the best run producer with 89 RBI. Bobby Richardson led the team with 167 hits for a .265 average.

The team allowed 547 runs and had a team ERA of 3.07. Whitey Ford led the pitching staff with 24 wins and 189 strikeouts. Hal Reniff was the team's best fireman, with 18 saves.
