The 1963 Minnesota Twins finished with a record of 91-70. They scored 767 runs and belted 225 home runs to go along with a .255 batting average. The offense was powered by Harmon Killebrew, who led the team with 45 home runs and 96 RBI. Rich Rollins led the team with 163 hits for a .307 average.

The team allowed 602 runs and had a team ERA of 3.28. Camilo Pascual led the pitching staff with 21 wins and 202 strikeouts. Bill Dailey led the team with 21 saves.
