The 1963 Los Angeles Angels finished with a record of 70-91. They scored 597 runs and belted 95 home runs to go along with a .250 batting average. The offense was powered by Leon Wagner, who led the team with 26 home runs and 90 RBI. Albie Pearson led the team with 176 hits for a .304 average.

The team allowed 660 runs and had a team ERA of 3.53. Dean Chance and Ken McBride were tied for the team lead in wins with 13. Dean Chance struck out 168 batters to lead the team. Julio Navarro was the team's best fireman, with 12 saves.
