The 1962 Minnesota Twins finished with a record of 91-71. They scored 798 runs and belted 185 home runs to go along with a .260 batting average. The offense was powered by Harmon Killebrew, who led the team with 48 home runs and 126 RBI. Rich Rollins led the team with 186 hits for a .298 average.

The team allowed 713 runs and had a team ERA of 3.89. Camilo Pascual led the pitching staff with 20 wins and 206 strikeouts.
