The 1961 Minnesota Twins finished with a record of 70-90. They scored 707 runs and belted 167 home runs to go along with a .250 batting average. The offense was powered by Harmon Killebrew, who led the team with 46 home runs and 122 RBI. Lenny Green led the team with 171 hits for a .285 average.
