The 1958 Los Angeles Dodgers finished with a record of 71-83. They scored 668 runs and belted 172 home runs to go along with a .251 batting average. Gil Hodges and Charlie Neal were tied for the team lead in home runs with 22. Carl Furillo knocked in 83 runs. Jim Gilliam led the team with 145 hits for a .261 average.

The team allowed 761 runs and had a team ERA of 4.47. Johnny Podres led the pitching staff with 13 wins and 143 strikeouts. Clem Labine led the team with 14 saves.
