The 1952 St. Louis Browns finished with a record of 64-90. They scored 604 runs and belted 82 home runs to go along with a .250 batting average. The offense was powered by Bob Nieman, who led the team with 18 home runs and 74 RBI. Bobby Young led the team with 142 hits for a .247 average.

The team allowed 733 runs and had a team ERA of 4.12. Bob Cain and Satchel Paige were tied for the team lead in wins with 12. Tommy Byrne and Satchel Paige were tied for the team lead in strikeouts with 91. Satchel Paige was the team's best fireman, with 10 saves.
