The 1947 Cincinnati Reds finished with a record of 73-81. They scored 681 runs and belted 95 home runs to go along with a .259 batting average. The offense was powered by Eddie Miller, who led the team with 19 home runs and 87 RBI. Frank Baumholtz led the team with 182 hits for a .283 average.
