The 1946 Cleveland Indians finished with a record of 68-86. They scored 537 runs and belted 79 home runs to go along with a .245 batting average. Pat Seerey provided the power for the team with 26 homers. Lou Boudreau and Pat Seerey were tied for the team lead in RBI with 62. Lou Boudreau led the team with 151 hits for a .293 average.

The team allowed 637 runs and had a team ERA of 3.62. Bob Feller led the pitching staff with 26 wins and 348 strikeouts.
