The 1945 Cincinnati Reds finished with a record of 61-93. They scored 536 runs and belted 56 home runs to go along with a .249 batting average. Eddie Miller provided the power for the team with 13 homers. Frank McCormick was the best run producer with 81 RBI. Dain Clay led the team with 184 hits for a .280 average.

The team allowed 694 runs and had a team ERA of 4.00. Joe Bowman and Ed Heusser were tied for the team lead in wins with 11. Joe Bowman racked up 71 strkeouts to lead the team.
