The 1943 Philadelphia Athletics finished with a record of 49-105. They scored 497 runs and belted 26 home runs to go along with a .232 batting average. Bobby Estalella provided the power for the team with 11 homers. The offense was powered by Dick Siebert, who led the team with 72 RBI and 140 hits.

The team allowed 717 runs and had a team ERA of 4.05. Jesse Flores led the pitching staff with 12 wins and 113 strikeouts.
