The 1943 New York Giants finished with a record of 55-98. They scored 559 runs and belted 81 home runs to go along with a .247 batting average. Mel Ott provided the power for the team with 18 homers. Sid Gordon was the best run producer with 63 RBI. Mickey Witek led the team with 195 hits for a .314 average.

The team allowed 710 runs and had a team ERA of 4.09. Leading the team in wins was Ace Adams, with 11. Ken Chase struck out 86 batters to lead the team.
