The 1943 Cleveland Indians finished with a record of 82-71. They scored 600 runs and belted 55 home runs to go along with a .255 batting average. The offense was powered by Jeff Heath, who led the team with 18 home runs and 79 RBI. Oris Hockett led the team with 166 hits for a .276 average.
